Instructions
Combine oil, sesame oil, hot sauce, thyme, paprika, and salt to make marinade.
Marinate tofu in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Roast sweet potato, onion, and garlic for 20-25 minutes.
Cook chickpeas with spices in a skillet for 10 minutes. Fry tofu until golden, about 10 minutes per side.
Assemble bowl with quinoa, greens, roasted vegetables, chickpeas, tofu, carrots, and avocado. Drizzle with lemon juice.
