Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 13" x 9" pan with parchment or lightly grease.
Mix melted butter, honey, and vanilla. Add oats, flour, flax meal (if using), and baking soda; stir until combined. Fold in add-ins.
Press mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool for 10 minutes, then score into bars. Let cool completely before cutting and storing.
Notes
Store in airtight containers; freeze for longer storage.
